Company came out to fog my house I was moving in to. Their fog machine had a bad valve. This caused my entire house to be covered in a thick cherry oil. They cleaned the hard woods that same day however my carpet was also soaked. I gave them two weeks before I finally moved to clean the chemical from the carpets. They would not!! due to a cold spell and other disasters. I had to hire a different contractor to clean the chemical from the carpets. Very unprofessional. Too bad... serve pro in South Carolina seems great. These guys take no responsibility for their faulty equipment Machine should have fogged the house with a cherry smell but it blew oil over everything. My mother almost fell really bad. Disaster and worse customer service
